This is why I love Instagram - you can find and follow so many awesome people - I love to get a sense of who they are and their life through their photos.
And so I found Alexandria_Olivia - a momma / wife / make up artist / fashion addict and creator of some really cool IG shots. She has just started her blog Glory Box and will feature posts on some of my favourite things - clothes, shoes, cosmetics, music and movies.
Following / stalking her on IG was not enough however, I just had to ask more questions on her take on fashion, mommyhood, music and style.

Who is your fashion icon?
I have so many...its hard to pin point one or even two for that matter lol. I'm drawn more towards the message the look/style gives out. I always like when tragedy meets undeniable beauty. Kind of like Edie.
Which style do u really love right now?
I'm loving everything right now!!! I'm especially excited for the fall/winter fashion. I'm a huge fan of high waisted shorts, draped blouses, and cardigans with lots of accessories. It's awesome knowing I can pair my favorite shorts with any kind of nylons and high boots...or even better a pair of JEFFREY CAMPBELL'S haha.
1 item you can never leave the house without?
Honestly, this might sound lame...but I can't leave without a hair tie/headband!
What is your favourite blog / social network hangout and why?
I'm totally all about the iPhone app Instagram. It's probably the way I get inspired daily in addition to Blogger. I'm really into your blog and another one named Le Happy. I'm still learning how to explore this wonderful world of blogging. Im finding that it's so easy to fall in love with what I'm seeing :)
What currently inspires you?
Life. As cliche as it sounds, I literally get inspired by everything. Not everything all the time, but I can and do get inspired by everything from the sunshine that leaks through our window in the morning to the checkout lady at the local grocery store.
Describe a typical week day
Well I usually wake up to my daughter saying "MOM, MOM, MOM!" Shes almost two years old and learning at light speed. So usually at that point my husband and I get up and start our day. My husband gets ready for work and I start breakfast. We all hang out, you know, just enjoy each others company. My husband usually leaves to work and Emerie and I color, play with the dog, etc. Then it's her nap time...and that means it's mommy's time!! Lol, this is when I do my blogging, photography, research, etc. Then, after about 2 hours, it's back to mom and wife duties! It may not sound like a glamorous life but I love it.
What was your first tattoo and when did you have it done?
Lol so embarrassing! My first tattoo was a Lilly and I got it on my lower back. I was not a week over 18 and dying to get anything. Hahaha, man, to be young and carefree.
What album /song is currently on repeat on your iPod?
Right now, I've been on this Devendra Banhart kick. I do that sometimes...I get so sick of what's current so I just go back to what I really dig. My usual though is anything from the 60's and 70's. My dad would listen to Emerson, Lake, Palmer and The Doors...other bands like that too. That music really flows through me so I'm in my best state of mind and can get creative when I have those tunes playing.
Why is IG so addictive for you?
Its such a creative outlet and it's so easy to get inspired. I also like it because for the most part it's a POSITIVE social network I love how most people are so supportive and can relate to whatever is posted. Makes the world come together a little more :)
What is your favourite thing to do with your daughter?
Emerie makes everything fun. From bath time, to dancing, to clothes trying-on, to coloring, to potty training...it's all a blast. The world is so new to her and she knows how to enjoy it. Seeing her innocence is beyond motivating and inspirational to me.
How would you sum up #momlife in 3 words? non-stop, loving, blessed

Those jean shorts in the 2nd pic from the bottom are just absolutely PERFECT!! From the fringes to the bleaching... would love to know if those were bought off the rack like that, or if she got that look herself.
